I'm Michelle Pearce, a licensed esthetician and the owner of NextGen. I'm passionate about all things skin!
I am here to help you on your skincare journey. My number one goal is to get to know you, your skin, and your goals so that we can work together to achieve those goals in the most effective way possible.
Since skin and its needs can be so complex, I have multiple licenses, qualifications, and modalities. I pride myself on staying up-to-date on all of the new information so I can deliver you the best service possible.
All of my treatments are delivered in a quiet and comfortable setting so you can relax, refresh, and escape the pressures of your day-to-day life. I am honored and grateful for the opportunity to help you achieve your nextgen you!

The Story of NextGen
After I retired from the world of big oil, I knew it wasn't the last stop on my career journey. I felt too young to stay at home. After being a lifelong customer of esthetic services of all kinds, I decided I wanted to venture into the world of esthetics! I'm a huge believer in esthetic services, and I love helping people, so it was a win-win decision for me. The rest is history, so to speak.
During this transition, I decided that I wanted to open my own salon. After some contemplation, I decided on the name NextGen because it's my next-generation career! NextGen me = NextGen You!
I've had several stops along the way to my current location. I had failed land deals, an unpermitted septic system, uncooperative gates, high rent, the ins/outs of commercial buildings, COVID, and many more. However, the most important part is that I made it to where I am now!
I decided to open my own spa so I could set my own hours, and pick my own services & products. Additionally, so I could own the land and the building (so there are no rent increases. Yay!). My biggest goal is to help as many people as I can, and I continue to do that every day with my work. I believe everyone deserves access to good skincare!
