Spa Etiquette

To ensure you’re as comfortable as possible before your service, we encourage you to look over our spa etiquette and answers to commonly asked questions below. 

Before/On Arrival

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

​

  • Please arrive showered, makeup and product free, and follow any pretreatment instructions.

​

  • Try to avoid a heavy meal before treatment. Most treatments are lying down or in a reclining position so having a heavy meal before treatment can lead to discomfort.

​

  • If you have an active virus or infection, please call and let us know so we can reschedule your service. Texas law prohibits treatment of individuals with active illness.

​

  • Please fill out the background and information forms honestly and completely. To best treat you, we must know about any conditions, medications, or other things that could be contraindications or prevent treatment.

​

  • Upon consultation, we will customize a treatment plan together - then you'll be asked to sign a consent form before we move forward with your treatment.

​

  • To ensure a healthy and safe environment, NextGen is a strictly non-smoking/vaping facility. Please avoid smoking or vaping close to your appointment time as well, if possible. We thank you!

​

  • We clean and disinfect daily, but feel free to bring clean flip-flops, socks, or slippers for your comfort during movement around the facility.

​

  • Please leave your valuables at home. While we have places for your clothing and incidentals, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

​

  • Parents or Guardians are required to sign consent for treatment for any client below 18 years of age. Some services are strictly age-limited.

Prep and During Treatment

  • Our number one priority is your relaxation and enjoyment of your treatment. Please let us know if we need to make adjustments for your comfort and care including room temperature, music volume/type, ect. We want you to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible!

  • Please undress to your level of comfort and treatment requirements. Smocks, drapes, sheets, blankets, and head wraps are provided for treatment needs.

​

  • Please let the technician know if the level of pressure applied is too little or too hard or if other adjustments are needed to maximize your comfort.

​

  • To enhance relaxation, we will minimize conversation to treatment information necessities unless you request otherwise. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions during your treatment, we're here to help!

​

  • Please use your "spa voice" so everyone can enjoy a calm and relaxing environment.

​

  • Please silence your electronic devices.

After Treatment

  • You will be provided with aftercare and/or at-home treatment guidelines to help maximize results.

​

  • We accept the following forms of payment: cash, Venmo, Zelle, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, ApplePay, and GooglePay. We do not accept checks at this time.

​

  • Gratuity is not included in the service cost. If you enjoyed your experience, a gratuity is appreciated but certainly not expected.
